Double Honour For I.T Specialist and Businessman, Mr Lovemore Chanengeta As He Gets Inducted Into The Banking on Africa’s Future (BOAF) – Hall Of Fame Together With His Revolutionary Education Centred Solution (eduSYMS)

Information Technology (I.T) Specialist and businessman, Mr Lovemore Chanengeta and his revolutionary education solution (eduSYMS) have been recognised by the 1873 Network’s Banking on Africa’s Future (BOAF) for playing a critical role in raising the continent’s flag high.

The 1873 Network is a member-based non-profit organization established in South Africa whose mandate is to provoke, inspire and ignite new and innovative ways of problem solving in Africa based on connected, equipped and forward leaning voluntary actors

BOAF’s 10 000 Points of Light refers to individuals who are recognized as shining examples in their respective communities and industries because of the great work they do to raise the continent’s flag high

Mr Chanengeta and eduSYMS will be awarded with Certificates of Induction into the 10 000 Points of Light of Hall Fame in recognition of contributions towards building and shaping the Education, Media and ICT sector in Africa.

The induction ceremony which is a collaborative initiative between BOAF, C2C and the Africa Heritage Society will be held at The ROYAL INDIA RESTAURANT located on No.2 Maude Street in Sandton, Johannesburg on the 23rd of May 2021.

BOAF -10,000 POL Project Director, Mr. Singh described Lovemore as a selfless creative champion who is inspiring the world to do more using available resources and yet still achieving extra ordinary results.

“Lovemore has always come up with effective solutions especially when it comes to the development and use of ICT products in solving problems that are encountered in various other industries.

The work he is doing through various vehicles including his bespoke business solutions services provider, LVMRE is outstanding and the fact that he is helping to solve the challenges associated with the education sector especially during this time of Covid-19 must be recognized and be celebrated.

Lovemore is Africa’s very own Mark Zuckerberg or Elon Musk” Mr Singh added.

Lovemore’s technology based education solution, eduSYMS is an advanced schools management system for all academic institutions from pre-school to the university level.

EduSYMS is being recognized for shaping and defining the personality and character of Africa’s corporate heritage through addressing the triple challenges of poverty, unemployment and inequality.

It is a revolutionary education platform that seeks to bring education to everyone and to create opportunities for teachers and many other stakeholders who can directly and indirectly benefit from its utilization.

Africa Heritage Society Chairman, Mr. Mutumwa Mawere said that the technology industry has revolutionized the world and has within a short space of time brought to the fore people and organizations that were not even known before.

He expressed excitement on the fact in the person of Lovemore, Africa has a candle that can make it shine brighter and brighter.

“We have among us a solution to many problems and as such, when we recognize and celebrate him, we encourage and inspire other people to come and enter into the ring and showcase their gifts and abilities which can transform the African continent.

When we have 10 000 people like Lovemore in our continent, Africa’s light will shine so bright that it will be difficult for anyone not to see it.

I am happy that he is joining a family of other inductees who are making their own marks in their own respective corners thus ensuring that every sector in the continent is covered.”  Mr Mawere said.

Other members who have been inducted in the Banking on Africa’s Future’s 10 000 Points of Light – Hall of Fame include Mr. Sonny Pillay the President of Karate South Africa (KSA).

Mr. Pillay is also the President of Commonwealth Karate Federation (CKF) and an executive member of the World Karate Federation (WKF) Technical Commission.
