IF THE PRESIDENT REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE MUPASIRI APPLICATION, WHO THEN DEPOSED TO THE AFFIDAVIT?

Miracles have been witnessed in Zimbabwe where the President deposed to an affidavit in response to the application that he never received.

Tichaona Mupasiri launched a Constitutional Court Application in terms of s167 in December 2021 in which two respondents were cited, namely President of The Republic of Zimbabwe (ED Mnangagwa) and his mafia lawyer Edwin Manikai.

IT came to light today that the application was never served at the President’s Office and this sent fears that Manikai could be the defacto President of Zimbabwe.

The question now is how did the president depose to an affidavit in response to an application which he refused to accept.
