Who looks like a foreigner here?

What does a foreigner look like in the affairs of human beings? Who created diversity in the affairs of living creatures? Imagine the creator was human, what would have been the reality.

“We hold these truths self-evident that ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL and endowed by THE CREATOR with certain unalienable rights, among these are LIFE, LIBERTY and THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.”

If the above is correct how is possible that a human being can qualify to be a FOREIGNER and another to be LOCAL?

Whose JOB is it? Surely in the affairs of humanity, who can justly claim that a job must be reserved for another human being when in truth and fact, human beings are not capable of being substitutable.

A job is merely a vehicle to solve problems and the fact that one is solving a problem and in so doing adds value does not mean that the same solution can be provided by another simply on account of the place of birth.
