Good evening ladies and gentlemen.

Thank you @⁨Tinashe Mpasiri⁩ for causing all of us in here to congregate and look forward to circle around societal problems.

For the purpose of head count I will be #3.

My name is Tichaona Mupasiri, the applicant in the 167 attack, filed under case number CCZ34/21, in which I called the President of Zimbabwe and his personal lawyer and advisor, Edwin Manikai, to the Constitutional Court of Zimbabwe for the apex court to test and determine whether the conduct by the first citizen fell outside the ambit of his constitutional obligations as outline by s90(1) and s90(2)(c) which is eloquent that:

s90(1) The President must uphold, defend, obey and respect this constitution as a supreme law of the nation and must ensure that this constitution and all the other laws are faithfully observed.

s90(2)(c) The President must ensure the protection of the fundamental human rights and freedoms and the rule of law

I am a friend of justice and believe that those who occupy public office are public property and therefore, they must without fail be subjected to public scrutiny.
