Mr. Tinashe Mpasiri, a member of the Banking On Africa’s Future (BOAF) and director of Corporate Literacy of the Justice Under Rule Of Law (JUROL) initiative said, “I agree with the Minister’s assertion. There is darkness. There are no point of lights that I can bank on broadening knowledge towards a shared understanding of the causal link between the rule of law and economic development.”
