Mr. Rutendo Matinyarare misfires on Job Sikhala and Sithole petition

Mr. Matinyarare has exposed his limited understanding of the role of the Chief Servant or President of an open, transparent and accountable governance system in which the President takes an oath to uphold, defend, respect and obey the constitution as the supreme law of the country to.ensure that the rule of law is protected.

The facts in the Sikhala/Sithole matter are clear and unmistakable.

They are victims of the abuse of public power to intentionally and constructively deprive them of their freedom yet public power is secred for it belongs to the people who must vigilantly hold public office bearers accountable for its use or abuse.

By identifying Hopewell, Peter, and Todd as the guardians of the quest to free these two untried citizens who have displayed enormous courage to stand up to bullies whose propensity to weaponize borrowed power for ulterior motives.
