Mr. Johan Roodt, a member of BOAF-JUROL – 10,000POL, exposes ABSA Bank in another court order scam.

Mr. Johan Roodt, a member of BOAF-JUROL – 10,000POL, and also a victim of 20 extrajudicial orders exposes ABSA Bank in another court order scam.

This matter involves ABSA as a Plaintiff that used the order presented before to obtain an enforceable writ of execution from the High Court of South Africa that was then prosecuted by the Sandton Sheriff and First National Bank enforced it resulting in the attachment of FNB’s corporate client.

It turns out that the court order was not served on the Defendants and when presented to Mr. Roodt, who has by default become an expert on the authenticity of court orders given that many banks are weaponizing the orders of court as self-help mechanisms in order to circumvent the due process of the law.

[10/4, 5:28 PM] Johan Roodt: It seems possible that a draft order was then fraudulently altered to appear to now be an order, with stamps affixed.  It is not totally impossible, in my view, but I do not believe that ANY judge would act in such a sloppy manner, when he can simply instruct the Registrar to type an order without such a mess on it. I would approach Judge van Nieuwenhuizen on the matter.
