ARE FORMER PRESIDENT’S CHARGES AGAINST PRESIDENT RAMPAHOSA BINDING ON THE ANC?

A dispute has arisen as to whether the ANC will recognize and enforce the charges and prosecution against President Ramaphosa pursuant to former President Zuma’s decision to prosecute via a private prosecution process using a certificate by the NPA declining to prosecute Downer and any person of interest to him.
