Q : Is it possible to have one shareholder for a Private Limited Company?

A: Yes it’s Possible to be one shareholder but it’s not possible to have one director.
A minimum of 2 Directors is required.

Q: Is it possible to start a company with a foreigner in Zimbabwe ?

Q: Is it possible for a company registered 10 years back to register for a new tax clearance?

Q: Can my kids become directors in my company and are there qualifications for one to be a director ?

A: Anyone can be a director, no qualifications is needed as long they are above 18 years

Q: Can I register for tax clearance Even if I am not yet trading?

A : Yes you can register with Zimra and submit Nil returns up until you are trading?
It’s a legal requirement to register your Company with Zimra within 30 days of registering it.
