TOWARDS MEDIA EXCELLENCE powered by the 1873 NETWORK – THE SHAPERS

I have just completed a meeting with Mr. Farai Mafinyani, a member of the 1873 Network, www.the1873network.org, who is passionate about improving the quality of the news that we consume.

I share his concern that improving news content holds the promise to building a diverse, inclusive, tolerant, and interdependent society.

We are all concerned about the the output that is churned out daily by formal media practitioners yet all to often we surrender to mediocrity.
