Dr Thomas Owusu Mensah – A POINT OF LIGHT on fiber optics PASSED ON.

World renowned Ghanaian-American fiber optics innovator Dr. Thomas Owusu Mensah has sadly passed away.

Dr. Mensah died on the 27th of March 2024, at Kumasi Catholic Hope Exchange Hospital in Ghana’s Ashanti region.

The sad occurrence of Dr. Mensah’s demise was as a result of short illness – he was 74yrs old.

The Doctor’s family hereby announces to the general public of his sudden death and ask the piblic to stand by for details about plans for his burial in the coming weeks.
