After 43 years of abuses of public power and public funds, the focus must turn on actors in the media to see if they are also not the problem. Award-winning journalists may not be different from public office bearers. Please take time to read this collaboration between AI and active citizens under a campaign to live up to s. 2(1) as read with s. 2(2), which provides as follows:

  1. “Supremacy of Constitution
  2. This Constitution is the supreme law of Zimbabwe, and any law, practice, or custom
    or conduct inconsistent with it is invalid to the extent of the inconsistency.
  3. The obligations imposed by this Constitution are binding on every person, natural or
    or juristic, including the State and all executive, legislative, and judicial institutions
    and agencies of government at every level, and must be fulfilled by them.”
