If Wealth is not the opposite of Poverty, then is the Expropriation of Land without Compensation not a Disguised Form of Theft?

I found this quote very intriguing and provocative.

It, however, inspired me to think deeply about the two constructs of poverty and wealth as unrelated realities in the journey from birth to death.

What is poverty in the affairs of animals and other creatures of God?

Does wealth exist in the affairs of animals? If not, why?

What is wealth? Does it self-create?

Is land a gift common to all, property, or an object gifted without human causation and agency?

What is and should be the valid and lawful relationship between humans and land?

Is the idea of land ownership between humans and their constructs like governments valid and lawful to permit the validity of expropriation without compensation on the false basis that land in its naked gifted form and reality is a property that was exclusively gifted to a defined class or tribe of human actors who are geographically related to the land-based on an existential and not value-centric basis?

Please join the JUROL circle of persons united in the quest for knowledge as a vehicle to shaping and defining the human civilization that has forward-learning problem-solving CAN-DO actors who accept that the pursuit of happiness is, when properly construed, a value-adding construct reserved for humans.

It is only in the affairs of human beings that wealth can be created, provided the rule of law exists and is promoted, protected, and upheld, and more importantly, that conduct and law must be consistent with it to be valid and lawful.
