Mr. Brian Manyati gives thumps up to IniAfrica for Media Excellence

Imagine it is midnight and you were asked to name 5 online platforms in Africa that publish the content that conforms to what Africa, a divided continent, needs and deserves in order to inspire, ignite and provoke positive changes in thought and action, who would they be?

Mr. Manyati, a member of the Justice Under Rule of Law (JUROL) said: “I have been pleasantly surprised by the content that is published on the iniafrica.com platform. It is rich and engaging.

The Mupasiri court application is a landmark and pathfinder in our collective quest to build an open, transparent, and accountable democratic society.

The fixation on elections as a bridge to change diverts our attention on civics and the need to hold public office bearers to account for their conduct.

A public office bearer is a public trust and as such citizens in terms of s2(2) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe are compelled to be the gatekeepers to ensure that the Constitution is obeyed, respected, defended, and upheld as the supreme law of the country.

I have learned that the firm DMH Attorneys, where Mr. Edwin Manikai works is much closer to President Mnangagwa than the Attorney General who in terms of s114 of the Constitution is the Chief Legal Advisor of the government.

The facts of the Mupasiri matter expose the fallacy that the Attorney General has the exclusive mandate to act on behalf of the government in all civil and constitutional matters.

I have learned that Mupasiri and the Sheriff on different occasions failed to serve court documents on the President at his office and as such, it is puzzling to understand how the President opposed an application that was never served on him or the AG.

This is a breaking story that every citizen must take notice of in the search for statecraft excellence.

It would be scary to establish that the office of the first citizen of Zimbabwe is captured.”

I have been browsing online for more than three hours as of late, but I by no means found any fascinating article like yours. It is a lovely price enough for me. Personally, if all web owners and bloggers made just the right content as you did, the web shall be a lot more helpful than ever before.

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward to your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
