Should the struggle for an open, accountable, and transparent Zimbabwe be privatized into ED v Chamisa?
After 42 years of independence, it must be acknowledged and accepted that public office bearers in Zimbabwe especially the President have never been subjected to any public scrutiny as required in an open, democratic, accountable, and transparent constitutional dispensation.
The 2013 Constitution imposes the duty to ensure that the rule of law is upheld, protected and respected by all citizens without any exception.
Against this backdrop, should the struggle for an open, accountable, and transparent Zimbabwe be privatized into ED v Chamisa?
