Does a shared understanding exist on why the word LEADER is missing in constitutions yet a human being would pretend to be a LEADER for so long whilst promising a nullity?

Why is there so much propensity to personalize and collateralize human choices and actions like in this case making the CCC movement of sovereign persons, a property of the person of @CHAMISA?
