When censorship is privately engineered, who is SAFE?

Tough political/philosophical/ethical questions for libertarians.
When censorship is private, as in her case and those currently running the FMF, should libertarians and objectivists condone it even even if unfair, biased or unethical?
Should libertarians “leave it to the market” hoping that it will judge them harshly?
If people self-identifying as libertarian use coercive laws to violate liberty, should real liberatians respect their “freedom” to do so, or are they at liberty to defy unjust laws?
The extent of private internet censorship is, say some, a war against liberty. Really? It certainly raises tough real world questions.
