Every individual on earth has a positive side that needs to be cherished and to be appreciated so that their gifts, talents, and goodness can be activated for the common good of all.
Some people in our communities have gone bad because there seems to be nobody who appreciates them when they do good and yet everybody seems to pay attention when they do wrong.
People, regardless of their circumstances, need to be acknowledged for their effort and potential. This ignites the goodness in them towards creating a wonderful world for all.
When the sum total of people’s goodness, including gifts and talents are promoted and put to use, most of the problems and challenges being faced by humanity will be solved.
It is however unfortunate that some people’s gifts and talents are being suppressed because of their low esteem and their goodness is never sustained because of lack of appreciation.
Every person’s ability is meant to solve the inadequacies of others and thus when such abilities are not given exposure; there are challenges that will remain unsolved.
Different people have different gifts that are meant to be solutions to different problems in life.
When such gifts and talents are put to good use, almost every individual will have a role to play in creating a positive society for the good of all.
Effort should therefore be put from the family level up to the societal level to identify and celebrate the good and positive side in others no matter their personality.
This helps to ensure that the problem solving potential of our society is enhanced and that developmental ideas are not suppressed.
