Is President Mnangagwa clean on CFI Matter if tested for conduct using the Maginstky Corruption Test?

Take note that in judicial proceedings, President Mnangagwa using the agency of the law firm DMH Attorneys, stated as follows in his affidavit in opposition to an application launched under Case Number CCZ 34/21 seeking the apex court to hear and determine the validity and legality of his conduct in relation to the birth and prosecution of a draconian and repugnant reconstruction decree that he authored targeting using public power the expropriation without compensation, land reform style, all companies deemed to have been controlled by Mr. Mutumwa Mawere including CFI:

NO PROVISION EXISTS ALLOWING A PUBLIC OFFICE BEARER LIKE PRESIDENT MNANGAGWA TO HAVE BEEN VALIDLY AND LAWFULLY BRIEFED IN RELATION TO THE AFFAIRS OF A LEGAL PERSON.
