“The future of Africa is contested and compels all living inhabitants of Africa to play their small and ordinary parts in shaping and defining the personality and character of an equal, diverse and inclusive ecosystem,” said Mr. Ryan Nush, a member of the Banking on Africa’s Future’s (BOAF) – 10,000 Points of Light initiative said.

Mr. Nush is the founder of the Zuri Africa Queens initiative whose aim is to use beauty as a vehicle to provoke, ignite and inspire positive change in addressing Africa’s myriad of challenges including Gender Based Violence and Femicide.

Mr. Tinashe Mpasiri, a member of BOAF said: “I am inspired by the response of Zuri Africa Queens to the seemingly intractable problems that confront many African actors in the business of delivering the impact that is often missing when the address of change is located outside the mind and actions of the individual who is the driver and shaper of problem solving.

The elephant in the room is always capital to make things happen.

Mr. Nush can confidently bank on me to bridge the promise to the possible financing sources.

Like the late Deng Xiaoping said: “It doesn’t or should never matter what color the cat may have but the fact that it kills a mice.”

I have learned that by creating a circle of human actors around a problem, the problem finds easier and efficient solutions.

This is why I was inspired to seed the POL initiative by being a paid up member.

Anything that is for free is dead because value is not a consequence of procrastination or faith without works.”

A very successful lanch event for Zuri Africa Queen 2022. – https://pol.boaf.cloud/post/122
