“If you are a follower of Mr. Mutumwa Mawere as I am and have been for a long time, and his connection on social media platforms, this is your opportunity to be part of converting connections to community power.

I was privileged as a member of the Banking on Africa’s BRIDGE ACCELERATOR TO ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP PLATFORM IN WHICH THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES leading to the use of public power to openly and brazenly allow a professional accountant, Mr. Gwaradzimba, to corruptly be the driving force of a fraud that is unprecedented but puts the profession that I belong to into disrepute, and then seek to defeat the ends of justice in an investigation conducted by the discredited agency of ZACC resulting in him not being held to account on how in any constitutional dispensation municipal rates were paid by a hijacked company, SMM HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED (SMM) under his administrative control pursuant to an order issued by Chinamasa and his appointment on 14 September 2004 yet he miraculously commenced his duties before he knew of his appointment on 6 September 2004.

I have followed with keen interest the bizarre manner in which Chinamasa conducted himself using public power to divest and deprive Mawere and any juristic entity of the control and management of 26 juristic entities employing about 20,000 employees in broad daylight.

I found the chat below between Mr. Mawere provocative and instructive to my own silence as an enabler to permit the profession that I love dearly that has bridged to live and work in the UK having been trained in Zumbabwe leading me to become a CA.

I believe that any misconduct directly and indirectly impairs the ingetrity of the profession and undermines the public confidence in the independence and impartiality of actors like me to allow me to be silence and indifferent when facts confirm that my fellow practititioner was appointed on the basis of being a CA yet I have been sleeping thinking that Mawere, the person, was the victim and as such I have no duty to protect the rule of law, without which we all descent into the animal-like civilization.
