As we approach the 42nd independence celebration of Zimbabwe, it is never too late to ask the question of whether the slogan PASI NEMHANDU is consistent with the constitutional obligation of a sitting President to make utterances that have the effect of dividing citizens into those who can be classified as MHANDU.
