[9/15, 6:45 PM] Tendai Mbofana: I agree with that, as there can never be a dream of building a prosperous Africa within a jungle of lawlessness. In this world they we live in today – a place where security, respect for property and business rights, justice and upholding human rights and democracy – it is imperative for the rule of law to prevail, and be seen to prevail.

For starters, there can never be any meaningful investment where property/corporate laws, as well as consistent economic and political policies, are violated or not even present.

Stability in any country is critical for any prosperity – and, the rule of law is where everything is anchored.
